Train for a 5K

$60 for 6 sessions that include a one hour workout. Each week will be structured to focus on different elements of training.  All levels included, the workouts will be tailored to meet your running goals.  
The proven six week training model will ensure improvement with the factor of accountability and group support to make the entire experience a success  and a lot of fun.
Saturdays at 7:30am
September 3rd- October 8th  Just in time for the Foliage 5K 
Beginners to advanced levels welcome.
