Meet Sunday mornings at 8 AM at BRC.

First Meeting March 8, 2020.  10 Weeks ending May 10, 2020.  Race date May 17, 2020

We start with a half hour talk on various topics from planning your training, running form, principals of training, hydration and nutrition, etc.

This is followed with a group long run, all pace and abilities welcomed.

Prerequisite you must be able to cover 5 miles or 1 hour of mostly running to start the Half Marathon Training Program.
