Join the BRC training team as we get ready for the Thankful 5K. This program is 6 weeks. Meeting Tuesday's at 5:30 PM and Saturday's at 8 AM.
Starting October 15th and ending November 23rd.
All levels and abilities are welcomed to join us! Emphasis on running form, training principles, hydration and nutrition, injury prevention and of course motivation!
